All photographs are printed on the highest quality professional paper using the latest film development technology. These original color photographs will retain their original quality for decades given proper care and no direct exposure to sunlight or other damaging elements. The copyright notice attached to each image on this website will not appear on the final print.
All photographs are available as strictly limited editions in maximum quantities of 50 and will be signed and numbered by the photographer.
The signature will appear in the lower right hand corner unless otherwise specified when ordering.
Photographs are shipped via Federal Express. All shipments require a signature at the destination as proof of delivery. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the photograph is damaged in any way, let the carrier know immediately and do not accept the package. All photographs are shipped in approved photo mailer packaging. Due to the length of individual photo processing, please allow 2 weeks for delivery. In most cases, it will be faster. Rush service is available in most cases at an additional charge. Please contact DGPICS.COM to determine availability of express processing prior to placing rush orders. DGPICS.COM will not be responsible for delayed rush orders if the customer fails to coordinate such order with our customer service.
Please place orders via email to email@example.com. We gladly accept PAYPAL for all credit card and electronic banking orders. Additionally, cashiers checks or money orders are accepted for domestic orders while non-U.S. customers may pay using money order or foreign draft drawn on a U.S. bank. All payments must be in U.S. Dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering and partial payments will not finalize the processing of any order until it is paid in full.
The receipt of each order will be confirmed via e-mail along with an order number. An e-mail notification will also be sent at the time of shipping. This e-mail will include any applicable tracking numbers. You may inquire about the status of your order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Due to the high cost associated with film processing of custom orders, we can only offer a limited return/refund policy. All sales are final with the following exceptions:
1. DGPICS.COM will issue replacements to the customer if the package gets lost or damaged in transit to the arranged destination. The signature verification option will be used to substantiate non-receipt claims. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the photograph is damaged in any way, let the carrier know immediately and do not accept the package. When the damaged item is received by us, we will replace it without delay.
2. DGPICS.COM will, at the customers discretion, either replace the photograph or reimburse the customer if the company sends an incorrect photograph. The photograph must be returned in its original condition using the same professional photo mailer packaging accompanied by a copy of the original order form.
All returns/refunds must have a Return/Refund Authorization Number to receive proper credit. The customer is responsible for contacting the company in writing in order to receive the RA Number.
